Todd Wagner is the founding pastor of Watermark Community Church and author of the book Come and See. After 22 years Todd stepped away from the leadership of the church he founded to pursue building and serving a network of leaders in business, ministry, public service, media and other areas of strategic influence. He is the President of Unhindered Ministries and the founder of the 1613Project which exists to encourage, equip and empower leaders and their organizations to remain steadfast in the face of ever increasing cultural pressure to compromise on the values and principles essential to the enduring health of civilization. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous national and international leadership conferences and a guest contributor to the Dallas Morning News, The Gospel Coalition, Fox News and other media outlets. His previously produced video podcast, “Real Truth Real Quick” continues to be a favorite resource for tens of thousands on YouTube. Todd and his wife, Alex, alongside their six children and ever increasing number of grandchildren, live, laugh, and serve together in Dallas, Texas.
Os Guinness is an author, social critic, and great-great-great grandson of Arthur Guinness, the Dublin brewer. Os has written or edited more than 30 books that offer valuable insight into the cultural, political, and social contexts in which we all live. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of London and his D.Phil in the social sciences from Oriel College, Oxford.
Allie Beth describes herself as a wife, mom, born-and-raised Texan, podcast host, author, commentator, and speaker. She’s passionate about helping women build their worldview upon the truth of God’s Word.
In 2016, she started a Facebook page called The Conservative Millennial. After a few months, the videos on the page started to take off—getting hundreds of thousands and then millions of views. In 2017, she took a job at TheBlaze as a contributor and began offering commentary on a variety of Fox News shows. By 2018, she moved over to CRTV, where she started her podcast, Relatable. TheBlaze and CRTV have since merged into BlazeTV, which now distributes her show. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, they analyze culture, news, politics and theology from a Christian, conservative perspective. Her first book You’re Not Enough (& That’s Okay): Escaping the Toxic Culture of Self-Love was recently released.

Gregory Koukl is a Christian apologist and radio talk show host. He is the founder of the Christian apologetics organization Stand to Reason. He is married to Steese Koukl and lives near Hermosa Beach, California.
Dr. Wolgemuth is a speaker and best-selling author of over twenty books. Robert is known as a champion for the family, effective communication, leadership, listening skills, relationship building, and biblical truth. A 1969 graduate of Taylor University, from where he received an honorary doctorate in May 2005, Dr. Wolgemuth has two grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. Robert is married to Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth, who is also an accomplished author and speaker. Nancy and Robert live in Michigan.
Clint Bruce is a former Navy Special Warfare Officer, a graduate of the US Naval Academy, decorated athlete, and seasoned entrepreneur. He is dedicated to helping leaders protect, perform, endure, and compete while helping veterans and their families transition successfully from service.
He was a 4-year letter winner at Navy playing middle linebacker and enjoyed opportunities with both the Baltimore Ravens and New Orleans Saints.
Clint’s desire to serve was deep and firmly rooted. He left the NFL to pursue becoming a Navy SEAL and successfully completed BUDS (Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL Training) in 1998 with Class 217. Joining SEAL Team FIVE, Clint completed multiple deployments pre and post-911 directly involved in counter-terrorism and national security missions globally. After leaving the Navy, Clint
discovered a passion for building companies and organizations that are both deeply impactful and highly purposeful.

Kelly J. Shackelford, Esq. is President and Chief Executive Officer of First Liberty Institute. Mr. Shackelford is a constitutional scholar who has argued before the United States Supreme Court, testified before the U.S. House and Senate and has won numerous landmark First Amendment and religious liberty cases, including the landmark religious liberty victory in the U.S. Supreme Court, American Legion v. America Humanist Association.
Mr. Shackelford was named one of the 25 Greatest Texas Lawyers of the past quarter century by Texas Lawyer, and is the recipient of the prestigious William Bentley Ball Award for Life and Religious Freedom Defense for his leadership and pioneering work protecting religious
freedom.

Lloyd Reeb is a successful real estate developer and owner of retirement housing who made a mid-life transition, looking for greater meaning, joy and impact in his second half. Costi Hinn serves as the Pastor of Preaching & Teaching at Shepherd’s House Bible Church in Chandler, AZ. He is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the author of several books including, More Than a Healer (Zondervan, 2021), God, Greed, and the (Prosperity) Gospel (Zondervan, 2019), and Defining Deception (SCS Press, 2018). He has also co-authored a children's book alongside his wife Christyne titled, In Jesus' Name I Pray: TJ the Squirrel Learns the True Heart of Prayer (Harvest House Kids, 2022). He and Christyne live in Gilbert with their four children.
David Eubank was born in Texas and grew up as the son of Christian missionaries in Thailand before attending Texas A&M University and being commissioned as an officer in the US Army. He is a former U.S. Army Special Forces and Ranger officer, is the founder and leader of the Free Burma Rangers (FBR) https://www.freeburmarangers.org/ a humanitarian service movement for oppressed ethnic minorities of all races and religions in the Burma, Iraq, Kurdistan, Syria and Sudan war zones. A movie about David and his family was released in 2019 https://fbrmovie.lifeway.com/ His personal mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ and to help people be free from oppression. FBR teams are comprised of men and women of different ethnicities and faiths that are united for freedom by the bond of love and service. David is joined on missions by his wife Karen and three children; Sahale 20, Suuzanne 18,and Peter 14. Together they work alongside the over 100 ethnic FBR relief teams in the conflict areas of Burma, Iraq, Kurdistan, Syria and Sudan giving help, hope and love and putting a light on the situation. The Eubank family started the Global Day of Prayer for Burma and the Good life Club family outreach program.

This is a gathering for influential adult leaders eager to maximize their kingdom impact.

Resort casual is appropriate. There will be no need for a tie. Dress for comfort and count on wanting a sweater or light jacket for well air conditioned rooms and cool evenings.
Can I stay somewhere other than the resort?
No, part of the conference experience will be sharing time together at various meals and other fellowship opportunities, so it is necessary all attendees stay at this location. Make sure to register for the conference and then book your room to secure the conference room rate.
Can I book rooms at the conference rate for additional days before or after the conference while I enjoy Scottsdale? Yes, but it is expected that the hotel will be sold out for these dates so we highly encourage booking any additional room dates at the time of registration. Anytime between 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Sunday, October 9th. An early arrival that day will allow you to explore the property while your room is being prepared. We’ll enjoy a welcome reception starting at 5:00p.
When should I plan to fly out?
We will wrap up our gathering by 11:00am Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
Will there be parking?
We encourage you to Uber to the resort from the airport. For those driving to the conference, self parking is $25 per night and valet is available for $30 per night.
Should I bring any activewear?
Yes! For early risers we will have planned morning workouts and one morning the adventurous and able can summit Camelback Mountain with us.
Is the 1613 Legacy Conference associated with any church or other organization?
The 1613 Legacy Conference is being hosted by the nonprofit ministry Unhindered. The name of the ministry is taken from the last word in the book of Acts and is found in chapter 28:31 speaking of the early churches continuing efforts to welcome all and "proclaim the Kingdom of God and teachings concerning the Lord Jesus". The book of Acts remarks how despite efforts of others to shut down the gospel and it’s servants, the message of the gospel went forward "with all openness, unhindered".
And he (the apostle Paul) stayed two full years in his own rented quarters and was welcoming all who came to him, preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.” Acts 28:30-31
What if I cannot go but would like to participate by helping others (young leaders or strategic pastors) attend?
Even if you cannot come you can send others-several people have already helped make that happen by registering strategic leaders who are not able to personally pay to attend. There is also an opportunity to give tax deductible gifts to a scholarship fund to make it possible for young leaders and pastors who otherwise could not afford it. We are praying many of you will reach out to us at conference@unhindered.org about this tax deductible opportunity to provide scholarships for others.
How will scholarships be handled?
